HDR is becoming the new standard for feature films.  HDR for feature film presentation got its start this year with the release of Disney’s Tomorrowland.  It has been well received and is here to stay.  As the bar has been raised for audiences expectation we will see a lot more HDR technology incorporated into consumer devices such and Ultra Blu-Ray, video games, handheld devices such as phone and tablets displays, televisions, and computer monitors.  IBC is a conference for digital content creators and this years it is shaping up to be very interesting and informative. The IBC conference is in Amsterdam and starts September 10 – 15, 2015.
